Skoor al-Shama mercenaries demolish cemetery in Sheikh Khoreza

Skoor al-Shamal mercenaries belonging to the Turkish occupation have vandalized and damaged the cemetery of Sheikh Khoreza village in occupied Afrin, in gross violation of human values and morals.

Turkey and its mercenaries continue to commit atrocities in occupied areas in Syria, in particular in Afrin, neither cemeteries nor dead were safe from their crimes.

According to sources with our agency's correspondence, the so-called " Skoor al-Shamal " mercenaries of the Turkish occupation attacked the tombs of the dead in the village of Sheikh Khoreza, located in Bulbul district of Afrin.

The sources said that the mercenaries broke down gravestones and wreaked havoc in the cemetery.

This is considered a crime of assaulting the cemetery of Sheikh Khoreza village, where, on October 6 of last year, the mercenaries exhumed and destroyed graves in the village.

These mercenaries had exhumed the graves of the Yazidi Kurds in Ras al-Ain region as well, especially in the village of Jan Tamr, close to the border, 2 km away, in search of gold and valuables.
