Turkish occupation intensifies setting mounds in countryside of Tal Tamr

One year since the occupation of the cities of Sere-Kaniye and Girê Spi / Tal Abyad by the mercenaries of the so-called "Syrian National Army", the occupation and mercenaries' movements have increased in the occupied areas in the recent period.

In this context, our agency's correspondent monitored the construction of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries of huge earthen barricades around all the villages and military bases, which they occupy and are stationed in the countryside of Girê Spi and Ain Issa.

Our correspondents obtained information about the establishment of 5 military bases for the Turkish occupation, and 33 points belonging to the mercenaries of Turkey in the villages of Ain Issa, and the majority of them are located in the villages of Hoshan, Kififa, Shirkrak and Khirbet Fares, and earthen walls were built around all these bases and points.

In addition, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries are reinforcing their positions in the villages located on the lines of contact in the countryside of Tal Tamr district in Al-Hasakah canton, by raising the earth mounds and building military barracks.

Our agency's correspondent was able to reach the contact lines with the mercenaries, to monitor the barricades and military barracks that were built on the outskirts of each of the villages of "Areesha, Al-Aziziyah, and Al-Dawadiya" under their control.

In a related context, a military source from the Assyrian Khabur Guard told our agency that, several days ago, mercenaries had built barricades around the villages located on the lines of contact, and this coincided with the large mobilization of mercenaries and the Turkish occupation in those villages.
