The British Financial Times newspaper indicated in a report that what happened to Bashagha formed a sharp dispute between groups loyal to the Government of National Accord between the welcome to suspend his work and celebrate his return to his post.

The report confirmed that Bashagha's return to his post quickly came under pressure from the United Nations, Turkey and other foreign powers for fear of the rebellion of pro-him groups in Misrata.

It added that although the head of the National Accord Government, Fayez al-Sarraj, and Bashagha overlooked the differences between them, the cracks appeared to the open, and that the rival groups showed the fragility of the coalition that supports the Government of National Accord.

The report emphasized that the pro-Sarraj groups relied on violence to disperse demonstrators angry at the government's corruption in exchange for their support from Bashagha, which fueled the conflict between the two parties, and the report expected that more disputes would erupt within GNA and among its supporters.

This, and the agency "Bloomberg" America revealed earlier, al-Sarraj's intention to announce his resignation, but he clings to the position temporarily, until negotiations are held to form a new government in Geneva, next month.
