The fighters of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen launched several successive raids on the compound of the Military Engineering Department in the suburb of Sawan, east of Sanaa, at dawn today, Saturday.

Eyewitnesses in Yemen reported that the warplanes of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy directly targeted manufacturing and assembly centers for ballistic missiles and installation of drones belonging to the Houthi groups.

This comes as the Yemeni army forces announced, on Friday, that they had taken control of the Houthi command center and the wireless communication system of the al-Nudud Front, east of the city of al-Hazm, the center of al-Jawf Governorate, in the north of the country.

The official website of the Yemeni army said that the National Army continues to pursue the Iranian-backed Houthis in al-Nudud Front in al-Jawf Governorate, and purify them of the Houthi elements who are fleeing.

It pointed out that the army forces were able to control the Houthi command center and their wireless communications room, on the same front, after a qualitative operation carried out by the army backed by tribesmen.

The operation also resulted in deaths and injuries among the Houthis, and the destruction of a number of their armored vehicles.

Last Sunday, the Yemeni National Army forces launched a large military operation during which they were able to completely cleanse al-Sabegh and Swaishan, liberate large areas in al-Nudud Front, and inflict heavy losses on the Houthis in lives and equipment.
