The statement added that the detainee "works as a mufti in the so-called Office of Judiciary and Grievances in the Abbasid district. He also works in the so-called military detachments and he is from an ISIS family. He has two of his brothers wanted by the judiciary according to the Terrorism Law." He confessed to belonging to those criminal gangs, and referred him to the judiciary to complete his investigative papers. "

ISIS mercenaries returned to activity in a number of Iraqi cities through the implementation of many attacks on the security and military forces.
