A local source from inside the occupied areas confirmed that a notable of the "Albu Assaf" clan had been kidnapped from the village of Al-Mankli in the occupied Girê Sipi district, thus becoming the second kidnapped person from the same village in a period not exceeding five days.

The kidnapping of Hammoud Jassim Al-Ayyaf, one of the elders of the Albu Assaf clan, comes in light of the chaos and security chaos in the occupied areas by Turkey and its mercenaries.

The source stated that a number of masked men raided the house of the kidnapped person in the late hours of the night and was taken to an unknown destination, pointing out that he suffers from diabetes and heart problems.

The source noted that Hammoud Al-Ayyaf is the second kidnapped person from the same village during the recent period, as a young man from his relatives, not older than 15, was also kidnapped a few days ago, and he is the son of Yusef Judiya.

The source added that nearly 200 relatives and relatives of the kidnappers went to the Turkish mercenary headquarters in the city of Girê Sipi / Tal Abyad to find out their fate, but they did not receive any answer.

The areas occupied by Turkey and its mercenaries in Syria are witnessing cases of enforced disappearance, kidnapping, and arbitrary arrests, with the intention of ransom, and these operations have become a source of income for the mercenary factions at the expense of civilians.
