The phenomenon of child soldiers being recruited to fight in Libya is still continuing, according to the Libyan Center for Human Rights, which accuses the Accord Government and the militias with which it is fighting, in addition to the Turkish forces, by targeting minors in orphanages and luring them in exchange for money.
