Crimes of Turkish occupation, its gangs continue against civilians in Tal-Tamr countryside

The Turkish occupation army, stationed at the military base located in the village of al-Amiriya near Tal Tamer district in al-Hasakah canton, along the international road / M4 /, set fire to agricultural crops to expand the fires and sweep several villages, causing great damage to civilians' homes.

The occupation army and mercenaries prevent fire brigade from interfering and extinguishing the fire by targeting fire brigade with live bullets.

Citizen Jassim al-Hamad, a resident of al-Arbeean village, which is occupied by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries, said that elements of the Turkish occupation army set fire to agricultural lands from the military base in the village of al-Amiriya, so that the villages adjacent to it could go under fire.

He added that mercenaries from the so-called "National Army" set fire to civilians' homes in the villages adjacent to the international road "and after the fires are over, the mercenaries reignite the fire again."

He added, "We cannot interfere in putting out the fire because of the direct targeting by the occupation army and its mercenaries, just as fire brigade cannot intervene."

For his part, Mahmoud Daar, the administrator in the fire brigade in Tal Tamr district, indicated that the occupation army and its mercenaries are the first reason for the outbreak of agricultural crops in villages located in the countryside of the Zarkan district and the area of Tel Tamr.

Daar confirmed that the fires devoured hundreds of hectares of agricultural land in the region, in addition to burning a large number of civilian homes in the villages of "Umm Shaefa, Tel Manakh" in the southern countryside of the Zarkan district on the road to Tel Tamr and the homes of civilians in the villages of "al Qasimiya and Rayhaniyah" in the northern weastern countryside of Tal Tamr district, and each of the villages of “al-Amiriya, Lailan, al-Arba’een, and al-Tawila” in the southern countryside to the west of Tal Tamr district on the international road.

Continuous crimes of the occupation army and mercenaries against civilians

Citizen Jassim Al-Hamad also referred to a series of crimes committed by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against civilians, and said that the mercenaries took away his money and property and displaced him and his children.

"The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries are first-class terrorists because of their crimes against defenseless civilians, stealing of their property, the burning of their source of livelihood, and the forcible displacement of their homes."
