Gas cylinder depot exploded in Nobul leaving dead, wounded

An explosion occurred in the warehouse of "gas cylinders", which is used for military purposes, in the town of Nobul in the northern countryside of Aleppo Governorate, which led to the demolition of some of the neighboring houses and a number of victims and injuries.

The pro-Syrian SANA news agency reported an explosion in a gas cylinder warehouse in the town of Nobul in the northern countryside of Aleppo Governorate, the agency did not mention the cause behind the explosion of the warehouse.

The agency said that the explosion that occurred this afternoon on the outskirts of the town led to the destruction of the neighboring houses and the occurrence of a number of injuries among the people were taken to hospitals for treatment.

While sources from the region said that this warehouse is for gas cylinders used as weapons and for military purposes, and that its explosion led to the demolition of a number of houses, killing and wounding about 20 people.

Moreover, the areas under the government forces were attacked by Israel, targeting both a repository of ammunition and missiles belonging to the Lebanese Hezbollah within the camp of "Hassan bin Al-Haytham" located on the Homs-Palmyra road, while Israel targeted with 5 missiles military points for the regime forces and Iranian groups in an area Tel Ahmar and the vicinity of the town of Maariya, west of Daraa, and the western region of Tal al-Ahmar in Quneitra, near the administrative border with Daraa Governorate, in southern Syria.
