New convoy of mercenary families to occupied Girê Spî

The Turkish occupation brought in a new batch of mercenary families and displaced people from Al Ghouta, Idlib and Homs to settle in the occupied city of Girê Spî /Tal Abyad, in order to complement its policies of demographic change.

Local sources and activists confirmed the entry of a new convoy of 150 vehicles from the Turkish territory to the occupied city of Girê Spî/Tal Abyad, from the opposition-controlled Jarabulus with more than 600 people from the families of Turkish mercenaries, displaced from Ghouta, Homs and Idlib.

Sources from Jarabulus revealed that the so-called "local council" of the Turkish occupation in the city of Jarabulus continues to register the names of the mercenaries' families to send them in batches and settle them in the city of Tal Abyad canton that the whole family goes there.

At a time when the world is preoccupied with the Corona pandemic and its response, the Turkish occupation is implementing the policies of demographic change in the occupied areas in the northeast of Syria, when on April 7, a convoy of 19 buses from the families of his mercenaries entered Serêkaniyê and Girê Spî.
