Al-Ali hospital transformed into public hospital after curfew

Al-Ali private hospital in Al Derbasia district receives people at a nominal price, after the curfew approved by the Autonomous Administration in northeastern Syria, where doctors are on the lookout for patients.

The Autonomous Administration of the North and East of Syria has taken a series of health and preventive measures in order to avoid the spread of the coronavirus and has prepared quarantine centers.

With the ban on the opening the private clinics to avoid the gathering of citizens and transforming the martyr, Khabat hospital into a quarantine center in Al Derbasia area, al-Ali private hospital will be the destination for the patients and provide health care to the citizens at the price of 3,000 Syrian pounds for examination.

Doctors agree on this amount at the hospital for the purpose of providing assistance to citizens.

Dr. Masoud al-Ali, the administrator at Al-Ali Hospital, said: "we have transformed the hospital into a public hospital for a temporary period for examination and treatment.

He pointed out that the district doctors are on duty according to a regulatory program and stressed that the doors of the hospital are open round-the-clock. This step aims at providing a hand of help to the citizens.

Speaking about the precautionary measures and gatherings at the hospital, al-Ali noted that they have taken all measures.

He stressed that they will continue this initiative until life returned to pre-curfew, calling on the people of the district to abide by the houses and implement the Autonomous Administration decisions to prevent the emergence of the coronavirus.
