In details ...  Financial exports and imports of north and east Syria in 2019

The Finance Body in the Autonomous Administration of North and East of Syria revealed in its annual financial report, the total imports from various sectors, as well as total expenditure on the implementation of plans and projects, military forces and the security sector.

The report, which our agency obtained a copy of it, included a total of the Autonomous Administration imports during the last year, which was 197 billion, 716 million, 505 thousand and 420 SP, including a billion, 789 million, 722 thousand and 602 SP was the budget surplus of 2018. 155 billion, 989 million, 653 thousand and 35,000 SP was for oil and diesel imports, in addition to 72 million, 570 thousand, 763 SP was for the imports the Autonomous Administration.

The total expenditures and expenses during the last year amounted to "195 billion, 573 million, 624 thousand, and 30 SP."

Of these, 128 billion, 549 million, 77 thousand and 430 SP was for the expenditures of the regions salaries and budget.  SDF's budget amounted to "67 billion, 24 million, 546 thousand and 600 SP," and the surplus of the budget amounted to "2 billion, 142 million, 881 thousand and 390 SP."

The Co-head of the Finance Body in the Autonomous Administration of the North and East of Syria Salwa Al Sayed said that the Autonomous Administration has focused over the last year on supporting the services sector as the areas of northern and eastern Syria have recently get out from the war and the infrastructure has been damaged. These expenditures also included the water sectors, electricity, education, health, etc.

She uncovered during her speech that three budgets were spent on the bodies of the local councils for carrying out projects and services, each one amounted 13 million dollar.

She pointed out that they could not spend the fourth budget for the assigned body for exposing  the areas of the north and east of Syria to the Turkish aggression during the last year.

Salwa Al Sayed stressed in her speech that the Administration is determined on supporting the service sector for the people of the region as well as important sectors such as education, agriculture and health.

It is worth to mention that the Autonomous Administration for the North and East of Syria put many future plans and projects for the present year. It paid importance to the sectors of services, agriculture, health and education.
