EIN ISSA - SHARVIN MUSTAFA

The Turkish occupation violates all international covenants and laws not to be exposed to civilian places and to respect cultural and civil property in accordance with the 1954 Hague Agreement. While thousands of civilians were abandoned, and schools were converted to military headquarters, until it ended up displacing civilians from villages and turning them into military bases.

In addition to a series of violations that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries commit in the areas it occupies, the Turkish occupation has transformed Al-Faris village, located 21 km northwest of Ain Issa district, into a military base.

Our agency monitored scenes from the vicinity of Al Faris village, in which the Turkish occupation built berms and military fortifications in its vicinity.

Special sources affirmed to our agency from the region that the Turkish occupation turned the village, including the village school, into a military base in which the Turkish occupation soldiers stayed, indicating that their movements begin in the evening hours.

It should be noted that the Turkish occupation has destroyed whole villages in the city of Afrin since its occupation in March 2018, and has turned schools and civilian homes into military headquarters for its mercenaries.
