Despite their presence as fighting parties on the Syrian soil, the officials of the Syrian regime and others in what is known as the Syrian National Coalition of opposition forces have simultaneously accused the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria as "separatist" according they claim.

The accusations were aired at a time when the Turkish occupation state has continued attacking on northeastern Syria since October 9th this year, leading to the occupation of the area of Serêkaniyê city, Tel Abyad canton and villages in Tel Tamer and Ain Issa, where Turkey occupies more than 10 percent of Syria's total area.

These accusations have met a firm response from the Arab tribes as well as the political circles in northeastern Syria.

Arab clans in a response to the recent accusations of the military officials and politicians in the Syrian regime, and others in what is known as the Syrian National Coalition of Opposition Forces,  Sheikh of al-Sada al-Tufayheen clan, Mohammed Balhaloush, referred in a statement to our agency, Hawar, to the falsity of these allegations.

Balhaloush said, “The statements, accusations and rumors promoted by the officials of the Syrian regime and the Syrian Coalition have no base of truth concerning the attempt of the Autonomous Administration and the components of the region for separating from Syria. As Arab clans, we did not find out any attempts of separatism by the Autonomous Administration. We have co-existed here during the crisis lifetime under the Democratic Autonomous Administration.”

Balhaloush added, “We, the people of Syria and in the north and east are in one trench with  the Autonomous Administration against any attempts to attack the region. There is no distinction between the components, and all these rumors and accusations are false and untrue.”

Sheikh of al-Sada al-Tufayheen clan, Mohammed Balhaloush rejected the rumors and accusations promoted about the project of North and Eastern Syria's people, and said, “We as clan elders will not allow and accept these accusations by spreading the distinction between the components, we are the people of Syria from the south to the north and from east to west, and in the north and east of Syria, civilians and military people reject these propaganda about the region.”
