​​​​​​​Al-Moallem on margin of Moscow meetings" talks with AA has been stopped 

The regime’s foreign minister, Walid al-Moallem, spoke to Russia’s channel today during his visit to Moscow, which was also accompanied by a Turkish delegation’s visit.

 Al-Moallem referred to the contacts between the Syrian regime and the Autonomosu Administration of North and East of Syria, and said that Ali Mamlouk had already visited Qamishlo, and that his visit was "to review the military and security arrangements in that region."

He emphasized that the talks held in Qamishlo "did not reach a political dimension, and the talks were stopped."

Al-Moallem also said that meetings were held previously between the delegations of the Syrian regime and Turkey, but they were not useful and fruitful.

He pointed out that "Damascus is not interested in holding meetings with the Turkish side, and does not lead to ending the Turkish occupation of lands in Syria."

Speaking about the Sochi agreement, Al-Moallem said, "it failed in the northwestern regions of Syria because Ankara has not fulfilled its obligations," stressing that "the choice there is purely military."

During the past two days, the Russian capital, Moscow, witnessed meetings of delegations belonging to Russia and Turkey and the Syrian regime, preceded by violent attacks on Idlib, but after these meetings, calm fronts followed by the withdrawal of Turkey's mercenaries from the side of the international road that passes from Maarat al-Numan.

These developments raise questions about what the deal occurred during the meetings in Moscow.
