SDF: Attacks continue on area, we respond according to legitimate defense

The Media Center of SDF issued on Tuesday a statement to the public opinion in which it disclosed the outcome of three days of the Resistance of Dignity.

The Media Center touched upon the attacks launched by the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on the area on the 66^th , 67^th , 68^th days of the Resistance of the Dignity.

The statement included:

“During the three days ago, the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries continued launching their occupying attacks, as the drones hovered along the border and targeted many populated areas. 

Zerkan / Abo Racine

The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army bombed Tel al-Ward village with rockets.

Tel Tamr

The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army launched from the vicinity of Amriya, Arbeen, Aniq al-Hawa villages the points of concentration of the Syriac Military Council Forces in the area, and the fighters responded to the attacks according to the right of legitimate defense. In addition, the clashes in the area resulted in killing two mercenaries.

The Turkish occupation mercenaries shelled with mortars and rockets intensively the villages of Qezali, Sawame, Khafya, Debs and Khirbet Fares. The Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries also tried to advance in some areas under the bombing in order to occupy them, and our fighters responded to the attacks according to their right of the legitimate defense.

Furthermore, two of our fighters martyred, while three others were injured during repelling the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries’ attacks.”
