The demonstrators raised slogans condemning the siege imposed on the camp "Martyr Rustam Judi," which entered its 71st day, and chanted slogans calling for unity of the Kurdish class.

Iraqi police stopped the demonstrators and prevented them from leaving the camp, while a delegation representing the committee's diplomatic relations committee and the organizers of the demonstration met with Iraqi officials.

For the 26th day, the Mothers of Peace continued their sit-in against the siege of the camp of the martyr Rustam Judi in Makhmour, in areas under the control of the Kurdistan Democratic Party between Makhmour and Hewler.

Since the assassination of a Turkish intelligence official in 17 July at a cafe in Hewler, the Asayiş forces of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) have imposed a stifling siege on the camp.
