Torch of Newroz 2009 ignited in Manbij

The Newroz 2019 started in the city of Manbij with the participation of thousands of people from Manbij city and its countryside, who arrived hours ago to the municipal stadium in the center of Manbij city under the slogan "In the Spirit of Newroz, we Will Break the Isolation and Liberate Afrin."

The people of Manbij and the members of the committees and institutions of the Democratic Civil Administration in Manbij and its countryside, delegates from al-Jazeera and the Euphrates regions and a delegation of Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria attended the folklore ceremony.

The stadium was decorated with pictures of the martyrs and flags of the Future Syria Party, the Internal Security Forces, the Women's Council and the Youth Council.

After holding a minute of silence, the speeches were delivered in 4 languages of the components of the region.

Several speeches to be delivered, including a speech on behalf of the Democratic Civil Administration in the city of Manbij and its countryside, and on behalf of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, on behalf of Future Syria Party.
