Martyrs Families Council revealed 17 martyrs' record

The Martyrs Families' Council announced during ceremonies held at Berxwedan camp of al-Shahba canton the record of 17 fighters of the People and Woman Protection Units (YPG and YPJ) who were martyred in the Resistance of the Age in different times.

The martyrs are:

Omar Sido, the nom de guerre is Amed Afrin, Mohammed Amin whose nom de guerre is Sipan Afrin, Hashem Hashem whose nom de guerre is Ali Sher Mordam, Mohammed Othman whose nom de guerre is Mazloum Dogan, Abdulla Mohammed whose nom de guerre is Karker Amanos, Kemal Rashid whose nom de guerre is Qehreman Ferat, Serbest Berazi whose nom de guerre is Jan Polat, Ali Khelijo whose nom de guerre is Temav, Hemza Resho whose nom de guerre is Hawar Afrin, Ferzend Suliman whose nom de guerre is Jekdar Amanous and Abedul Rahman Ali whose nom de guerre is Delsher Heleb.

And the fighters of Women Protection Units (YPJ) Neshtiman Jemkaro whose nom de guerre is Arin Kebar, Yasmin Khelota whose nom de guerre is Jerjila Qandil, Zohida Qadib al-Ban whose nom de guerre is Delila Rojava, Jumana Berkat whose nom de guerre is Hera Çiya, Fatima Mohammed whose nom de guerre is Roj Shahba, and the martyr Estervan Mustafa whose nom de guerre is Hewlêr Bahuz.

The council also revealed the record of the fighter of YPJ Rehshan Mamo whose nom dew guerre is Janda Jarjila who was martyred on February 10-2018 in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign in Deir ez-Zor. 

The funeral ceremony attended by thousands of the people of Afrin and al-Shahba and the members of civil society institutions.

The ceremony began with holding a minute of silence. Then, many speeches were delivered, and noted, "The martyrs have sacrificed themselves for the sake of co-existence and the community to live a free life. In the spirit of the martyrs, the people reached freedom and victory. Without them, the peoples would not reach this historical stage."
