He added: "From this point of view, the dialogue forum will be held by the Syrian Democratic Council - Aleppo Office, amid the intensification of the conflict between the regional and international countries and each of these parties is trying to impose its vision and projects in Syria and contrary to the demands and wishes of the peoples and those parties try to decide the form and the system of life and administration, that the existing systems operate according to their political, economic, motivational and far from moral principles. The main players dominating the Syrian arena are trying to abort the process of social democratization in Syria and the Middle East through paradigm of the Syrian Democratic Council representing the hopes of peoples and their aspirations for the future.

He added that the experience of Autonomous Administration that emerged under the crisis, which was the unique experience of being liberated and provided security, stability and education, and its principles and priorities to the co-existence in the regions of north and east Syria, that was the result of the revolution of north Syria, which adopted the third line, and co-existence in north and east Syria.

At the end of his speech, he stressed with the establishment Syrian Democratic Council and the initiatives to form the Autonomous Administration of north and east Syria aimed at resolving the Syrian crisis and made several initiatives, including the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, which proved that the Syrian solution lies on Syrian soil.
