Qulyan: what happens in Afrin repeating Armenians' genocide

Armenian Dr. Abraham Qara Qulyan has pointed that Turkey today is the same as Turkey yesterday, which committed many massacres against others nationalities, about 1,5 million were killed by Turks and Syriacs, today in Afrin the same scenario is repeated, according to the Turonian principle, which establishes the life on the bloods of others.

The violations and atrocities committed by Turkish occupation in Afrin recalls to mind what had happened against Armenians of genocide, killing, repression that the Ottomans and their Turkish descendants have followed against the people in the area.

Turkey today is the same as Turkey yesterday, whatever the Turkish government used religious and moral slogans the violations on the ground had shown the real Turkish intention in the region, which is considered colonialism seeking to restore the Ottoman empire's glories.

In an interview to Hawar news (ANHA) the Armenian Dr. Abraham Qara Qulyan, who has been staying Kobani for many years spoke about the massacres against the Armenian people which committed by Turkey.

He says" the Armenian people were exposed to massacres because they demanded legitimate rights like others people such as civil, political rights and added "these rights are considered unforgivable crime by the Turks.

1,5 million from the Armenians people were killed during epoch of Sultan Abdul Hamid ,1895 after the Armenian uprising by the Armenian intellectuals who demanded civil rights, the massacre and displacement to neighboring countries have been unprecedented in history."

And added " the Turks taught the people that the Armenian people are disbelievers so they must be killed, and anyone kills Armenian will enter paradise, and permitting confiscation of their possessions.

After the First World War, and Turkey's defeat in the war, they committed another massacre against the Armenians to suppress any free voice in Turkey, although they had previously signed an agreement that gave the Armenians civil rights, but they betrayed and committed massacres and displaced the Armenians in malicious ways to eliminate them permanently in Turkey.

The same scenario in Afrin city is repeated

"After 100 years, the scenario is repeated today in Afrin," says Abraham, comparing the Armenian situation with the situation in Afrin canton, which was occupied by the Turkish army in March last year.

He concluded saying "we live in the Kurdish situation in all its details and see the magnitude of the suffering in Afrin from killing, displacing and Turkification policy in the region." Everyone has to stand together and put an end to this deadly terrorist state.”
