ISF arrest network of arms dealers in Deir ez-Zor countryside

DEIR EZ-ZOR

After receiving a report indicating the presence of a number of smugglers of the arms dealers, ISF rushed to investigate, follow up and monitor the mentioned location to verify the accuracy of the information.

After checking the information, ISF raided a smugglers' center in one of the villages of the recently liberated eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor city of IS mercenaries, they were arrested and ISF confiscated quantities of weapons and ammunition which were in their possession.

The weapons and ammunition confiscated by the ISF are as follows:

One 60 mm-Mortar

14 60 mm-Mortar

4 Rounds of RPGs, 15 Kalashnikov rifles

One BKS Machine gun

One reconnaissance aircraft

 7 Grenades

10 pistols

Kalashnikov ammunition and a machine gun with 1,100 rounds

8 Pump-action rifles

2 Nato type gun

8 Binoculars of weapons

25 Different weapons magazines

The smugglers were referred to the Prosecution and Investigation Commission to take the necessary legal action against them.
