Erdogan's "rebuke" to the US national security adviser exposes the first intentions

Washington Times – said that a real crisis has shown between the US and Turkey, when Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan had refused meeting US national security adviser, John Boltan during the latter's visit to Ankara, after his visit to Israel on Tuesday for two consecutive days.

The US newspaper reported that Bolton was not alone in his visiting of Turkey,  but was accompanied by the US special envoy to Syria, the representative of confront "Deash ", the Ambassador James Jeffrey, and that the US delegation tried to make proposals on the Turkish crisis with the Kurds, but Erdogan rejected all.

In a related context, the American newspaper "Wall Street Journal" said relations deteriorated between Ankara and Washington in the wake of statements by US national security adviser, John Bolton, as well as statements by US Secretary of State on the security of Kurdish fighters in the event of the withdrawal of US forces from North Syria.

The fate of IS elements detained is uncertain if US leaves Syria

For its part, the American newspaper "Military Times" talked about the fate of IS elements detained  by Syrian Democratic Forces SDF, the newspaper said that these will be a major obstacle to the Trump administration, which is already confused, especially that the latter wants to withdraw his troops from North Syria.

A senior administration official said on Tuesday that resolving the fate of these prisoners was a top priority for the US administration.

The official said there were no easy answers, and that the release of those, including the Europeans and some US citizens, would be "unacceptable" because they could simply rejoin the remnants IS in Syria or anywhere else.

Hundreds of IS elements were being detained by SDF including many European citizens, and may be released if no solution is found," said Bobby Chesney, a national security expert at the University of Texas.
