Refugees.. Soldiers of sacrifice, cards for political, economic, military gains in Turkey

In this dossier, we will highlight the most destructive and dangerous card against humanity as a whole and the Syrian people in particular that are controlled and used repeatedly by Turkey to extend its influence and use the refugees as soldiers for protection or to sacrifice them in extending their influence for their occupying projects.

Firstly, Asian, Western, Arab and African immigrants to Turkey

It is well known that the Turkish media have followed a policy of attracting the Muslims in remote and Turkish-speaking countries in Asia to Turkey, calling the latter as  "The Paradise" in order to encourage this group  before what they suffer of persecution in their countries such as China and Russia or to mislead them by showing Turkey and its government as an Islamic caliphate that supports the Muslims who dream of the atmosphere of Islamic caliphate in this age to attract the refugees from their own countries to it.

So we see groups of Turkistan Uighurs, the Uzbeks, the Arnaoutes, and the African immigrants in Turkey, most of whom live in the slums of Istanbul and its environs. These immigrants, especially the students receive grants, opportunities and stays by the government to study in Islamic legitimate universities in order to employ them to make them the owners of Islamic political thought authorized by Turkey.

Uighurs.. From religious persecution in China to national enslavement in Turkey

Over 30 years ago, the Uighur refugees, who come from China to Turkey, have enjoyed special privileges in the Turkish state in matters of residency, citizenship, passports, studying and employment in the field of the Turkish political and national Islam until they have become a card at the hands of the Turkish state to be used either for politics or to be sacrificed in their occupying wars of the neighboring countries or to fight the Kurds at home.

The presence of the Islamic Turkestan Party in Turkey grew with the emergence of the spring of revolutions in the Arab countries, becoming a force in the region after its presence was limited in China as an Islamic opposition and separatist faction in Turkistan Region against its government, as it is considered a terrorist organization listed on the international terrorism lists supported by Turkey in China and the region.

We have previously published a detailed dossier on the colony of the Uighurs in Idlib in Syria entitled "Cancerous colonies of Turkey in Syria to replicate the experience of Iskenderun again. Part III," in which it has been shown the Turkish move from the beginning to change the demographics of the region to be prepared for the occupation.

The AKP's policy of reconstructing the new Ottoman Empire was not limited to making the Asian refugees as an exploitative tool in the implementation of its occupying objectives. It was the great deal for the Syrian people to be deported to Turkey and become like the "old slaves of Rome" in the Turkish state for the camps to exploit their inhabitants in the political, economic and military moves related to the Syrian affairs or at the international level.

The Turkish President and his government invested the refugees issue heavily on various levels. He used them as a card in the elections campaign and in promoting the image of Ankara abroad. He talked about the naturalization of the Syrian refugees, their integration into society and their role in the development of the Turkish economy. Recently, he used the refugees' card to justify his occupying attacks on Afrin, as Erdogan says that one of the main goals of Afrin's occupation is to enable the refugees to return home, even though most of the refugees in the country are from other parts of Syria.

The camps "internationally supported" are a logistical source to support the mercenaries in the battle on north of Syria

In front of the eyes of everybody, queues of Syrian refugees appeared in the Turkish refugees' camps, including children with Turkish flags while they were registering their names in more than 10 Turkish military centers to receive weapons and participate in the battle on Afrin which was considered before the attack as one of the most secure Syrian areas for the displaced people from the Syrian interior. The Turkish media boasted of publishing these decrees that are considered a crime and great violation of the international laws and the principles of the humanitarian organizations concerned with the refugees' affairs.

The Turkish exploitation did not only push the refugees into battles, arm them and settle them in their colonies in northern and western Syria, it also steals their money that the United Nations provides in the name of refugees.

In its latest report in 2018, the European Divan of Accountability questioned the management of funds and aid provided to Turkey, saying they had investigated this year the initial aid of 1.1 billion euros for 4 million Syrian refugees in Turkey, and that it could not be possible to make sure entirely that all funds reach the refugees, while the Turkish government refuses to disclose the names of beneficiaries and the type of assistance provided.

Turkey continues to turkificate the Syrians and send them to Syria

Because of the international silence about the violations of the Turkish state in Afrin which escalated to war crimes and genocide, Erdogan's position has become more intense in repeating the experience of Afrin in the rest of the region by Turkificating the Syrian refugees and other Asian Muslim immigrants to Turkey and pushing them into wars against the people of northern Syria according to the concept of "invasion" against the infidels on one hand and to protect its national security on the other hand.

So he makes these refugees, along with his armed mercenaries of Jabhet al-Nusra and the other extremist factions to be settled groups in his colonies in order to tighten control of these areas after occupying them and emptying them of their original inhabitants.

In the end, the question may be that cannot states and organizations open the international laws' items that deal with taking care of the refugees, protecting them and non-exploiting or making them shields in the war, politics, economy, trade and threats to deter Turkey?
