Jabhit al-Nusra expands in Turkish occupation areas ,Erdogang goes to countries experiencing economic crisis

On Thursday morning, The Arab press touched upon the clashes between Turkey's gangs and the expansion of Heyat Tahrir al-Sham ( formerly Jabhit al-Nusra) control of the areas occupied by Turkey, in addition to the economic crisis experienced by Turkey.

Arabs: A struggle for power is renewed among pro-Turkish factions

On the Syrian issue, Al-Arab newspaper touched upon the expansion of Jabhit al-Nusra mercenries in the areas occupied by Turkey, informed sources, including the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, on Wednesday continued clashes between Heyat Tahrir al-Sham and National Liberation Front ,In the western sector of Aleppo countryside in north Syria.

Clashes erupted between the two sides on Tuesday, killing 39 militants and civilians.

The tension comes in the context of the efforts of Heyat Tahrir al-Sham which forms  Jabhit Fatah al-Sham (formerly Jabhit al-Nusra) the main component, to expand its control in the area ,at the expense of opponents.

Local activists said Hayat Tahrir al-Sham was taking advantage of the withdrawal of part of the "National Front" forces from the area to send them to Manbij, where Turkey is threatening to launch a major operation against the city.

On Wednesday, Heyat Tahrir al-Sham continued to assert its control over the town of Darat Azaa in the area , which is experiencing widespread discontent and anger over the violent fighting.

Heyat Tahrir al-Sham( formely Jabhit al-Nusra )and militant factions affiliated with National Liberation Front (FNL) control Idlib province (northwest) and parts of its adjacent provinces, including the western counrtyside of  Aleppo the area has been plagued by internal rivalry between rival factions. "

For its part, Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper referred to the situation in the vicinity of Manbij." Damascus declaration on Wednesday mixed the withdrawal of hundreds of Kurdish fighters from the Manbij area in the north of Syria, including the future of the planned Turkish operation in this troubled city, although Ankara continues to send military reinforcements to the border areas with Syria in preparation for a possible operation east of the Euphrates.

President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw troops from Syria in four months raised questions about the fate of Kurdish militants, allies of Washington. But Trump said at the first meeting of his administration this year that "America wants to protect the Kurds in Syria even with the withdrawal of troops from them," stressing that there is no specific time for withdrawal."

In a related context, French President Emmanuel Macaron, to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, stressed the necessity to end the war in Syria against IS , and called on him to work to protect the forces involved in the war against IS, including Kurdish forces, the ally of America and Western countries.

Arab: Erdogan is counting on countries in crisis to vent the crisis of the Turkish economy.

On the Turkish issue, Arab newspaper said: "Turkey seeks to find alternatives, even limited to vent its economic crisis suffocating, to go to economically strapped countries such as Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan and Iraq, after the political options of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan exacerbated relations with countries with strong economies and rich such as European Union, the United States and the Gulf States. "

Ankara has opened its doors to multiple visits to officials in countries such as Jordan, Pakistan and Iraq, which are unlikely to benefit from Turkey except through agreements allowing Turkish companies to distribute their goods on a large scale, taking advantage of low costs and limited quality in exchange for local products that are not competitive because of the high costs and limited experience of the local workforce and meets the President of Turkey, on Thursday, Iraqi President Barham Salih and Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, who are visiting Ankara simultaneously.
