Erdogans revives his racial ambition, IS return threaten world peace

In order to ensure that we will never see IS again,which the Turkish occupation works on its revival , the Autonomous Administation of North and East Syria appealed to the United Nations, human rights and peoples' organizations and governments against violence and terrorism in particular Daesh to undertake its duty, and prevent the Turkish regime from threatening and trying to occupy North- East of Syria, and atrocities against the Syrian people, such as the genocide that took place against the former Armenian people and the people of Afrin.

The administration added that this must be done by playing a role in preventing the recurrence of such massacres and protecting the people of North – East of Syria through a legal framework based on international charters, through the imposition of a ban on flights to these areas.

The text of the statement, read by the Co-chair of Autonomous Administration for North - East  of Syria, Abdul Hamid al-Muhabash, was said at the Autonomous Admininstsation headquarters in Ain Issa district in Tel-Abyed / Girê Spî canton.

As stated in the text of the statement:

The peaceful popular movement started in Syria at the beginning of 2011. The people's demands at that time were more freedom, democracy and the recognition of the rights of the Syrian people through a fair constitution that gives rights to the people in real terms, not be imaginary to demand  the level of the aspirations of the people who came out calling for freedom and increased the crisis complicated day after day and month after month and year after year until the crisis entered its 8th year and will enter its 9th year after a few days without a solution or even a glimmer of hope to resolve, where the regional countries intervened in the Syrian scene such as Turkey, Iran and other major countries such as America, Russia and some Western countries. The crisis became more complicated and we entered the stage of armed conflict in Syria. As a result, many Syrians people had fled  from their cities and villages seeking security, and stability, this displacement internally or outside the borders of the Syrian state. They rode the waves of the seas, risking themselves, their families and their children, and the seas water had swallowed. Many children, women, the elderly and the whole world watched the tragedy of the Syrians. They arrived in Europe, Canada, America and other countries. The world and all neighboring regional States, and they are now living in inhumane conditions ,the situation of the Syrian people between the displaced and refugees, and the result of this chaos of the security chaos in Syria found radical Islamic factions and extremist like Daesh and Jabhit al-Nusra they had found appropriate climate in Syria, passed us from Iraq to Syria and were able to control large areas of Syrian geography as al-Raqqa city ( was taken as capital to IS), Deir –ez-Zor and some areas of al- Hasakah.

The Turkish state, through its fascist regime, has attracted terrorists from all parts of the world and their intervention into the Syrian interior, especially in North- East of Syria. This Turkish-backed terrorism dominated most of the border with Turkey and when it tried terrorism of Erdogan and its gangs which have been entered to occupy Kobani city , where Kobani people and (YPG and YPJ) made brave resisting ,and Kobani people prevented falling it at hands of terrorism and here the beginning of refraction of IS and retreat instead of survival and expansion and large areas like Kobani,Tel-Abyed,areas of al-Hasakah such as al-Holl,Tel –Barak,and Tel-Hamis had been liberated by virtue of SDF's hands,which was formed from all the sects of North Syria's people (Kurds and Arabs - Syriac,Turkmens and others and then liberated al-Raqqa city (the alleged capital of Daesh) and then went to Deir-ez-Zor city .

And now strong clashes are erupting in the last pocket of Daesh in the east of Deir-ez-Zor city eastern of the Euphrates, the coalition forces had supported SDF fighters to eliminate of IS,this is major reason for the presence of the American-led coalition forces, which have achieved very great gains as a result of the success of this alliance between SDF and coalition forces to elliminate of IS and achieve security and stability of the liberated areas and the return of normal life of the people in these areas where it liberated more than  (67,200) km, this area is equivalent to more than one third of the area of Syria, more than 8,000 SDF fighters were martyred, from all the components ,this area dominated by IS for 4 years like al-Raqqa and Deir-ez-Zor. In parallel with the liberation of cities and towns, Civil Administrations began to form in these liberated areas to manage the affairs of people and secure their needs ,as a result of the circumstances of the war against IS, where the people were forced  to displace from areas of clashes and, camps were established to shelter them providing their needs and help them and on the Civil and  Autonomous Administration is responsible for those areas and the numbers of refugees as follows: Ain Issa camps 15,500 refugees from al-Raqqa  and its counrtyside and Deir-ez-Zor areas, two camps in Manbij city eastern 1,947, western 2,832, refugees, al-Tuhina camp 7,500 , Abo-Khshab camp 3,686 refugees ,Al-Arisha camp 9,469, Mabroka camp 2,099 ,Al-Holl camp 12,200 among of them 7, 900 refugees  of Iraq , Roj camp 1,682 , Newroz camp 450 ,and there are large numbers of refugees living in Random camps and empty and destroyed buildings in Manbij 97,000 al-Raqqa 15,298, Deir-ez-Zor 193,000, al-Tabqa 65, 000 , Tel-Tamer 750, Al-Jazeera region 400,000

The number of refugees living in the camps is 54,366 displaced and the total internally displaced persons in Autonmous Administration areas of North and East Syria is 825,413 displaced.

As a result of the stability, security and safety within Autonomous Administration areas of North- East of Syria, a large number of areas of control of the "Euphrates shield" as well as from the areas of Idlib, East Hama and al-Sokhna have been displaced. All this burdens civil administrations and an additional burden we bear.

This movement of displacement both within the areas of Autonomous Administration and outside the areas of Autonomous Administrationtowards it  is caused by the achievement of security, safety and stability.

Our people, who are residents of the autonomous regions of North and East of Syria, and displaced as a result of the harsh conditions of war outside the areas of Autonomous Administration,we appeal to them permanently to return to their areas and their villages and we will provide all facilaties for returning, they have all the necessary support and facilities to return, and those who have committed mistakes and sins against the peoples of the region, whether they are members of IS and who fled to Turkey or others.

- They can also return and settle their situation through the courts and institutions of justice within Autonomous Administration areas of North- East of Syria.

"We are living in peace, fraternity, cooperation and brotherhood.  And co-existence anf fraternity of the peoples among all the components of our people, and all these gains which have been  achieved in the areas of Autonomous Administration and spreading of the state of security and stability and the return of normal life of the people of this area , we see the Turkish regime violates the sovereignty of our regions and attacked syrian lands like occupying Afrin cantoin , and their inhabitants displaced to Autonomous Administration to al-Shahba ,Kobani,Manbij,al-Jazeera and settled  its agents and mercenaries instead of its original inhabitants ,this is the demographic change that we are being accused of, and also occupies Azaz ,Jarablos, al-Bab and Idlib And now mobilizes its armies and mercenaries along the northern border and east Euphrates and threatens our Syrian sovereignty and our people living in these areas (Autonomous Administration areas of North –Eastof  Syria) after being liberated by SDF martyrs' blood .

Erdogan wants to meet his ambitions and desires to occupy more Syrian territory at the expense of the Syrian people in order to implement the idea of the racial agreement that he aspires to achieve and see all these new threats coincided with the decision of President Trump to withdraw his military forces from the areas of  Autonomous Administration that hasty negative decision in the interest of growing Terrorism and the return of  IS cells for organization of its ranks again, especially as the battle on IS has not yet ended.Erdogan's threats to occupy the areas of East Euphrates have very serious negative repercussions not only on Syria but on world peace as a whole, forces that are fighting on Hajin axes may be forced to withdraw to the northern border to counter the Turkish occupation and thus the return of IS elements for expansion and we will not forget that it is in our prisons, about 2,622 foreign nationals, including 584 women and 1,248 children, are children and women from 46 foreign nationalities. They are in security guard camps and some children are in reform institutes. We also have 790 prisoners, these are fighters and leaders of IS  from 48 foreign nationalities.

 If there is an attack by Turkey on our regions, we may not be able at some point to keep them out of the control and go out and return to the countries they came from and this threatens the world peace Timed bombs therefore appeal to the United Nations and human rights organizations and governments and governments against violence and terrorism, especially IS to undertake its duty and prevent the Turkish regime from destroying our territory and threating our areas trying to occupy it, because of the massacres and atrocities committed against our Syrian people, and history testifies to these fascist regimes where they committed genocide against the former Armenian people by playing their role in preventing the recurrence of such massacres and the protection of peoples North and East of Syria, through a legal framework based on international instruments, through the imposition of a flight ban on these areas.
