Dham al-Satam: Erdogan promotes for upcoming elections exporting his internal crises

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continues to launch more threats of aggression on North-East Syria. In this regard, Hawar news agency held a dialogue with the Syrian opponent, Daham al-Satam, who elaborated on the objectives of these statements and their mechanisms and what is required of the Syrian national forces.

The following is the text of the interview:

* Turkey is currently threatening to launch an attack on North-East Syria. Are the circumstances favorable to the attack and why?

As for the Turkish threats on North Syria, the conditions were not favorable, neither in the past nor in the future. Turkey is a country that has occupied and attacked the Syrian territory since the beginning of the crisis.

Erdogan will begin municipal election in the coming stage. The most important file he can speak for the Turkish interior is the PKK and the Fathullah Gulen. So he wanted to export his internal crisis abroad. Erdogan will try to convince 81 state in order to elect him, so he has launched his threats 

So, Erdogan will launch 81 statements, and his statements will be different and he is a star in the statements, and knows how to negotiate between America and Russia and the countries of the region and therefore, they can overlook the sight of missiles here and there, but there will be a full invasion.

Erdogan wanted to be an Ottoman successor. He has the ideology of his dark predecessors who have only the legacy of the devastating war.

The Syrian people must be very cohesive and not leave spaces that the enemy will sequence and we must hold on to the democratic project in North-East Syria so that we can develop it in the future.

* Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan claims that the administration belongs to one party in North-East Syria, although the Kurds, Arabs, Syriac and Armenians are involved in demonstrating the region. So what is the main aim of Erdogan?

We, the Syrians, have to categorize these claims in solidarity and unification in the face of any external invasion of Syrian territory.

* The Syrian foreign opposition supported by Turkey, but the internal opposition has not yet shown its position on these threats? Why? And what should be its position?

The Syrian opposition abroad is a Turkish industry and has become a tool to occupy the Syrian territories and has openly declared its willingness to contribute to this occupation as if he wanted to "enter adulterers into his home." As for the internal opposition in Damascus, it declared its condemnation of the Turkish threats.

* Russia, an ally of the Syrian regime and it has not shown any position so far of these threats and avoid talking about them. What is the Russian position and what is its interest in launching such an attack?

Russia has not shown a position, Russia needs Erdogan in the Syrian file, they show that Turkey is the guarantor with Russia, but this Russian-Turkish alliance is an interim alliance, but Washington can turn a blind eye of some shelling but I do not think there will be an invasion.

* The people of North-East Syria have been fighting against terrorism for four years, accompanied by the international alliance, what is required of the international alliance against these forces, they fought IS on the ground with the existence of these threats?

Of course, the people of North-East Syria have defeated terrorism from their regions and are now besieging it in its last strongholds. Erdogan and the Turkish army certainly want to ease the pressure on these terrorists. Erdogan is in trouble and has problems with the parties, the opposition, the economy and the journalists, and he seeks to export his crisis by these statements.

Is the Alliance's position sufficient for the threats and why

The position of the international alliance is not really solid. The alliance must deal with this invasion. We have heard different statements, but we want a tough stance, and in fact we do not count on them very much. The most important thing in this stage is the cohesion of our people in North-Syria and their will to resist.

We call upon the national forces in Syria to unite on the whole of Syrian territory and to deal with these attacks. We call on the democratic project in North Syria to open up to all Syrians, including the Syrian government, to cut off this enemy who, if entered, will not go out and call on international organizations to shoulder their responsibilities towards Syrian people.
