1st Day of forum ended by opening art exhibition

This morning, the International Forum on Ethnic Cleansing and Demographic Change on Afrin started with the participation of dozens of international and local political figures. The first session focused on the political aspect of the Turkish occupation of Afrin.

During the first session, many speeches were delivered, including the speech of David Philips, Head of the Committee of Diplomatic Relations of Democratic Society the Movement, Aldar Khalil and Dr. Farah Saber, and many discussions by the dignitaries attending the forum.

While the second session, which was focused on the military side was postponed due to lack of time and the large number of discussions in the first axis.

The first day of the forum also marked the opening of an exhibition of photographs and paintings with the participation of a number of artists and photographers from different regions of northern Syria.

It is scheduled to resume the work of the second day tomorrow morning in the form of 4 sessions, including the military, legal, cultural and historical sides.
