YPG carried out qualitative operations against Turkish occupation's mercenaries

The Media Center of the People Protection Units (YPG) released a written statement on the operations carried out by their units against the Turkish occupation mercenaries' elements in Afrin canton.

The text of the statement released by the Media Center of YPG included:

"In the framework of the second phase of the Resistance of the Age in Afrin, our forces carried out a series of operations and targeted the Turkish occupation's mercenaries in Sherawa district's villages and the center of Afrin, resulting in killing a number of mercenaries, and those operations are as following:

On 26 November, our units targeted one of the military vehicles carrying a number of al-Hamzat Division mercenaries on the road between the center of Afrin and Basuta village belonging to Sherawa district, where the vehicle was destroyed and 4 mercenaries were killed and 2 others were seriously injured.

On the same date, our units targeted a military vehicle of al-Jabhet al-Shamiya's mercenaries in Gubela village belonging to Afrin center, where a mercenary was killed in the operation.

On 24 November, our forces targeted a military vehicle carrying a number of Failaq al-Sham's mercenaries on the road of Burj Haydar belonging to Sherawa district, where 2 mercenaries were killed. Furthermore, we announced in a previous statement that they had been seriously wounded."
