During the first axis of the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, the attendees said that North Syria's areas are considered safe areas in the Syrian geography by virtue of the forces formed in those area, and stressed that the Turkish occupation caused a great humanitarian crisis at all levels.

The Syrian-Syrian dialogue forum continues under the theme, "The Syrian Dialogue, Building and Progress" to focus on "The Humanitarian Issue in the Syrian Crisis". During the forum, several speeches were delivered by the independent activist Basil Kuweifi and Bassam Hussein. The Path of Peaceful Change Movement; Fateh Jamous, the head of the Future Syria Party; Ibrahim al-Qaftan, Daham al-Satam, the Modernity Party; Ibrahim al-Thallaj, the member of the External Relations of the Democratic Union Party; Saleh Muslim, the Coordination Body - Change Movement; Khalaf Daoud and Abdul Qader Mwahed, the head of the Syrian Union Party; Sinhrib Barasom and Farhad Hamo.

Where the speeches stressed that the Syrian people needed freedom and the regime has not provided that. The external organizations existed in Syria politicized, a policy contrary to the Syrian people. All the organizations that worked and work in Syria have a policy and work on that policy. Those organizations that claim to be humanitarian did not put forward any attitude towards the barbaric bombardment and bloodshed in the Syrian territories.

The participants pointed out that most of the refugees who are residing in North Syria's camps refuse to return to their tents for their mistrust of the Syrian regime, expecting reprisals from Damascus authority. According to the latest statistics, 18 million persons need for assistance, 6.6 million are refugees, 5.6 million are displaced, 6.3 are suffering from the lack of food insecure, 1 of each 3 schools is destroyed, 35% of the population depend on pollutant water for drinking.

The words explained that the Syrian people are living internal displacement and this is considered a humanitarian disaster, while Afrin city has been exposed to all kinds of violence and their people were forced to displace it by the mercenary gangs, not only inside Afrin, but also in al-Shahba, the situation in the camps in al-Shahba has increased, and there is no organization to provide the aid to these camps which are inhabited by Afrin people.

The speeches called on separating the humanitarian situation from the political decisions, preserving the social fabric of the Syrian people and working with one hand for stepping the step of building and avoiding the humanitarian crises witnessed in Syria.

Regarding the situation of women during the Syrian crisis, the attendees said, "Syrian women have been exposed to various types of barbaric violence by the factions that dominated the Syrian regions. Some terrorist groups sold women in markets, and the acts of IS mercenaries in al-Raqqa city are a good example of what has happened in the city.

The attendees noted that North Syria is living in a safe situation by virtue of the forces formed by North Syria's children .The dialogue should consider this area as safe areas in the Syrian geography in terms of security and stability and provide the necessary assistance to the region to develop it better.
