The Women's Bureau of the Future Syria Party opened yesterday an exhibition of artistic drawings, which included a variety showing the violence against women and the most prominent forms that suffer and impose restrictions on slavery.

The closing ceremony was attended by the co-chair of the Legislative Council Roshin Hami, the co-chair of the Executive Council Hind al-Ali, Department of Women Administration in al-Tabqa.

The exhibition included about 20 different drawings depicting each part of the life of women facing violence and oppressed in the home and society in general.

In an interview with the head of Women's Organization Bureau in the Future Syria Party Suad Khalo who said, "Through this event, which we have worked to be different from the other activities that combat violence against women to convey a message to the people of northern and eastern Syria that violence is still present in our society and we must deal with it and find appropriate and radical solutions to eliminate this phenomenon which break down society and limits its development."

The exhibition opened from 10 am to 2 pm today.
