SDF fighters thwarted IS attacks, killed dozens of them

SDF fighters have repelled IS attacks in Hajin axes, and that resulted in breaking out clashes in which the fighters managed to seize a number of booby- trapped cars after wreaking them in addition to killing more than 20 IS mercenaries according to preliminary statistics, and a number of bodies of them were kept at the fighters' hands.

The battle to defeat terrorism continues in the last pocket of IS in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign with all strength, where the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to advance in the axes of Hajin amid launching attacks on the fighters' positions with booby-trapped cars to disrupt the advance of the fighters in Hajin axes.

In this context, SDF fighters confronted IS attacks in the north and west of Hajin, and during the clashes in the area, the fighters managed to inflict great damage to a booby-trapped car of IS and they seized it.

According to a military source of ANHA agency, during the clashes erupted between the fighters and IS in north and west of Hajin, more than 20 mercenaries were killed, while the source confirmed that the number is much more, noting that a large number of bodies of the mercenaries fell into the hands of the fighters.

The source assured to ANHA agency that SDF fighters are continuing to advance in the area.

It is noteworthy that SDF resumed on November 11, the "battle to defeat terrorism," the last stage of al-Jazeera Tempest campaign which was suspended temporarily after the Turkish occupation army's attacks on the border areas in North Syria.
