Afrin people: European Court's decision political or supports human rights?

Afrin residents who are residing in al-Shahba canton after being forcibly discharged from their homes filed their complaints and documents confirming the violations practiced by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries; cultural and physical annihilation in Afrin in addition to changing Afrin's demography and the targeting of civilians, but the Court of Human Rights responded to the complaints with rejection and said that it must be filed to the Turkish courts.

The residents of Afrin who are living in al-Shahba camps condemned the court's decision in an interview held by ANHA.

Ahmed Suleiman said that the European Court of Human Rights is a witness to all the attacks and the bombardments on the people of Afrin with warplanes by the Turkish occupation army, the crimes of the killing of children, women and elderly, torturing and kidnapping the civilians and looting their property, and it has proofs on the mercenaries of the Turkish army's violations.

Ahmed Suleiman pointed out that the refusal of the Human Rights Court to the complaints of the people of Afrin sent to it is an evidence that the court is not with human rights, but on the contrary, with the political decisions and supporting the Turkish state." He wondered, "How the court says that we deliver the will of the people who suffered from the violations committed by the Turkish state, so it is a partner."

Suleiman called on the Human Rights Court to review its decision and protect the rights of Afrin people, and that all international and human rights organizations must vote in order to prove the criminal acts practiced against Afrin residents.

In turn, Hassen Ali denounced the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, and said, "Why does the European Human Rights Court reject the complaints? Where are the human rights? How do they say that we must send the complaints to the court of the Turkish occupation state on the time when Turkey is occupied the city of Afrin, destroyed it, killed children and women, displaced thousands of people and cut down trees."

The citizen Elfat said, "We do not accept this decision. It is a political decision and supports the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries. The occupation state targeted the people of Afrin with all its heavy and light weapons. The Human Rights Court is a witness to this. Why do they reject the complaints sent to them?"
