TEV-DEM: Turkey blackmails America, Europe to make concessions for stopping Turkey's support for terrorism

This came in a statement issued by the council of the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) on Monday about the continuing Turkish attacks on the regions of Rojava and northern Syria.

The text of the statement included,

While IS gangs have been imminent to be eradicated in their last pocket on the banks of the Euphrates, the Turkish occupation forces began shelling parts of the Syrian territory and Rojava and helping terrorism. The bombing of areas of the border strip is an attempt to prolong the life of terrorism, use terrorism to put pressure on the peoples of North and East Syria and Rojava, and blackmail Europe and America to make concessions in return for stopping Turkey's support for terrorism.

The practices of the Turkish occupation which occupied Afrin, al-Bab, Jarabulus, Azaz and Idlib clearly reveal the size of the Turkish ambitions in the Syrian territory by changing the demography and cultural reality, and linking these areas administratively with the Turkish state by teaching the Turkish curriculum in order to Turkificate the peoples of Syria, changing the names of the villages and streets into Turkish names in addition to establishing branches for the Turkish institutions publicly and officially on the Syrian geography in a blatant violation of the international law amid the silence of the Syrian regime, Russian complicity and international disregard. The separatist Turkey, which separates parts of the Syrian geography, accuses the Syrians who are defending the Syrian land and its unity against terrorism to be secessionist !!

In the light of the rapid events and amid the swaps market, the United States gave some concessions at the expense of the Kurdish Cause in Turkey by allocating financial rewards to those who provide information about the whereabouts of the Kurdish leaders who have lived in the mountains of Kurdistan for several decades; Jemîl Bayik, Dûran Kalkan and Mûrat Kayayilan who are only fighters for freedom within the geography of Kurdistan and mountains of Kurdistan. They have never practiced a terrorist act, but fought the organized terrorism of the Turkish state. They advocated the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan, negotiated formally and under international auspices three successive Turkish governments; the government of the late President Turgut Ozal who paid his life to negotiate with leader Ocalan and PKK, the government of the late Necmettin Erbakan who was subjected to a white coup d'état, as well as Erdogan's government who the negotiations with him culminated with the agreement of Dolma Bajja Palace that is famous of its ten points of the democratization of Turkey and the solution of the Kurdish Cause with peaceful democratic solution, but he shunned from the agreement later. These documents confirm that these leaders rebel for freedom and they are not terrorists. The European Court of Justice on 15/11/2018 confirmed the lack of sufficient evidence to include the PKK on the list of terrorism and that the political decision was issued without investigation, consideration and sufficient evidence to achieve economic interests with Turkey.

These leaders are the apostles and peace revolutionaries who participated in the war on terror and their military forces were able to break the thorn of terrorism in the Middle East on behalf of the world aspiring to live in peace.

The Turkish state's movements to thwart the Syrian-Syrian political solution will not be successful. The tricks of the Turkish state and its ambitions have been disclosed. The decentralized and democratic Syria according to a constitution written by the Syrians would be the final solution.

With the unity of the peoples of Syria, the Syrian project will triumph over sectarian, separatist and regional projects."
