Kurdish parties call for unity, reject US decision

Representatives of the Kurdish parties in Kobanî stressed the need to develop a mechanism to get rid of the crisis, and stressed that the American decision, which is not old comes to satisfy Turkey at this time.

At the invitation of the Intellectuals Union in Kobanî canton representatives and members of a number of Kurdish parties in the canton, in addition to a number of intellectuals and school teachers, in a symposium, gathered today to clarify their position on the US decision on a number of Kurdish commanders, where the United States of America for allocating funds for information to help arrest a number of commanders of the Freedom Movement.

Gilo Issa, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdish Democratic Party of Syria, stressed in a speech in front of the audience that it is clear that there is a divergence of views between the Kurdish parties on the Kurdistan geography, pointing out that the enemies of the Kurdish people benefit from it.

Where Baker Haj who is an administrator in the Democratic Union Party noted, "Those who fight terrorism on behalf of the whole world are being prosecuted, while those who embrace terrorism and who pose a threat to societies are rewarded."

Kamiran Kanjo, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdish Left Party, said, “Turkey has one goal, and is ready to give up everything just to eliminate the will of the Kurdish people wherever it existed, calling on the Kurdish people to realize the amount of the danger that emerge at this critical stage."

For his part, Khebat Fendi, the co-chair of the Union of Kurdish intellectuals in Kobanî and Bassel Bozo, member of the Education Committee in the Euphrates region, confirmed that the enemies of the Kurdish people practice lies and represent systematically, and that they benefit from international silence and do what they commit to hit the Kurds wherever they are, adding that the US decision is in itself an assistance to Turkey to reach its goal in the elimination of the Kurds.

The symposium is the first of its kind after the decision issued by the United States of America to allocate the amounts of money for who provide information on the places of 3 commanders of PKK.
