Congress members: Democratic confederation put forward by Ocalan is solution of Middle East problems

The fourth session of the conference began with giving a lecture by a professor at the University of al-Sulaimania, the Sociology Department and the Secretary of the House of Sakhrwardi for the study of religion and legend, Dr. Hawjin Malahin, the second paragraph of the conference entitled "What Is the Role of the Arab Authorities in Attracting Foreign Intervention? The first paragraph of the lecture, entitled "The Iranian Authorities' Current Crisis in the Middle East," was due to be delivered by Dr. Said Mouradi, but he apologized for attending for health reasons.

He began his lecture with reference to external intervention in the Arab political reality and said that it has several reasons, including historical and internal political and external. One of the most important historical reasons is the nature of these countries in terms of origin and composition, which are related mainly to the colonial era and the mandate era and the nature of the international consensus that led to the establishment of the foundation after the division of the Ottoman heritage.

He added that these Arab political entities are artificial entities full of ideology of the state and monopoly. They are also suspended in their reality and by the external colonial will that led to their creation, they are fragile, heterogeneous entities, weak in terms of will and ability to make political decisions and in terms of promoting the peoples and the capabilities and components in their possession. Despite clear and unambiguous colonial ambitions, the issues of democracy, human rights, citizenship, freedoms and minority and pluralistic issues are in the record of priorities in terms of the causes of external interference and the interventions of the United Nations and the Security Council if we talk about the current realities of those States.

Hawajin noted that sectarian and ethnic distribution, internal heterogeneity and national and religious ideologies are also a priority if we talk about regional interventions and internal rivalries. As well as in the record of priorities in terms of causes of internal instability and depletion of human and material resources, as internal chemical reactions that have weakened their ability to maintain their sovereignty and orient their will, resources and internal revenues in a correct manner.

"If we take the models of Iraq and Syria, which are historically, ideologically and culturally linked, it is very easy to observe the decisive influence of all these factors in attracting foreign and regional role and interference. Iraq, for example, is ethnically and ideologically distributed on the Shities, Sunna and the Kurds, as it has distributed geopolitically on regional, international, Iranian, American and Turkish wills and the political systems have futile in it with all its human,  economic, and moral resources.

He added, "How is Syria like its sister Iraq, it also suffered from the Baathist dictator and the nationalistic ideology. It also suffered from the internal fragmentation, dependence of the ideological, sectarian and strategic allies. They were allies of the regime without the people. As the political opposition was affiliated as a whole, embedded in its body, distorted its rightful struggle for freedom, democracy, justice and social peace between the state and the people on the one hand and its multiple components on the other."

"From this perspective, the strategic importance of the philosophy of Ocalan and his democratic aspirations for state and society in the parts of Manifesto comes from the democratic civilization embodied in the democratic confederation and democratic society to solve and overcome the problems of the Middle East."

It is a project based on research, criticism and dialogue with more than one thought and more than one approach and ideology. It is with all sincerity and merit a kind of soul seeking the solution and the truth, peace, freedom and democracy, not to a particular people, but to all peoples and the whole world.

First, we can sum up the suffering of all mankind, especially in the Middle East, in Syria and Iraq, for example, in the process of urbanization and the construction of large populations, from the Sumerian state to the current global capital, in monopolies on three levels: a monopoly of truth and identity, a monopoly of power and material means, and a monopoly of pleasure and moral virtue expressed by enslavement, female contempt, gender discrimination and the reminder of the gods as a good expression.

The process of urbanization and political meeting, or the turn of the Sumerian civilization, began here, from Iraq and Syria. In particular, we were the first to set fire, the first to sow the land and the first to invent writing and the first to ride the sea. We were the first to carry the ax and the weapon. From here it was the beginning, and it was better in terms of the nature of the solution, but in terms of the nature of history and the nature of the truth to bear the consequences of history, to do the duty, repair what we have corrupted and correct the march of history.

"Ocalan emphasizes that the solution can be solved only by rebuilding a new human baradygma that takes into account all aspects and the problem and its roots, namely, in one word monopoly and enslavement."

"The project, initiated by Ocalan, is a civilizational and comprehensive project, which is embodied in the nature of the problem and the reasons for the solution. Therefore, all material, moral, educational, cultural, scientific and artistic efforts must be worked, reunited and guided to build a democratic civilization," Hawajin concluded.
