They condemned Turkish occupation's attacks confirming their resistance decision

Thousands of residents of Direk have gathered in Azadi Square, raising flags, banners of North Syria, as well as pictures of the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan.

The demonstrators marched amid chanting slogans condemning the US decision, "No to occupation, No to traitors and decisions issued against the peoples demanding freedom," and walked through the streets of the city through the market amid the closure of shops completely, the demonstrators stopped in the Martyrs Square amid the central market in the city of Direk.

There the people had stop a minute of silence, and then the co-chair of the Martyrs' Families Council in al-Jazeera region, Hasan abeid said in a speech "The Turkish occupation violates our land and our values, and attempts to undermine our gains thanks to the sacrifice of the martyrs and the resistance of our people, but we tell them that this land is sacred and we will not allow to anyone to touch it, resistance is our decision."

Obaid pointed out to the American decision against the three leaders in the Kurdish Liberation Movement and noted that the US decision is a continuation of conspiracies against the Kurdish people.

Obaid said "The ideology and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan has become a platform from which the peoples demand freedom and face the colonial and occupied countries, adding that the capitalist countries are trading with the blood of the peoples for their colonial interests in the area."

Obaid confirms on the importance of escalating the pace of struggle and resistance until obtaining the stolen rights, ending his speech with "The symbols of freedom for the Kurdish people are a red line that can not be approached or touched, the three leaders are living in the hearts of the Kurdish people and all the peoples who are eager for freedom,"
