HPG carried out special operations against Turkish occupation

HPG's Media Center issued a statement about the special operation carried out against the Turkish occupation in Bazîd, Gever and Celê of Bakur "north Kurdistan".

The text of the statement:

"In the context of the victorious revolutionary campaign, at 17:00 on November 8, our forces carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation army at Birnê Reş hill, in Bazîd district of Agirî area, the operation resulted in the destruction of three berms, 2 enemy positions, Killing 10 soldiers and injuring more than 10 others. After the operation, the Turkish occupation army shelled the area with mortars, heavy guns and tanks, and took their bodies and wounded from the place of the operation by the helicopters.

HPG Carried out operation from 2 axes in Celê

At 9:00 on  November 8, our forces carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation army in Xeregol hill, of Colemêrg district. The operation was carried out from two axes, killing 3 members of the occupation army and injuring another. The Turkish occupation army shelled the area with heavy artillery and mortars.

Six elements of the Turkish occupation army were killed in Gever

On November 12, 2010, our forces carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation in Martyr Rahima hill in Gever, where the Turkish occupation opened a road. The operation was carried out from two axes through targeting the machineries of the work, and points of concentration of the soldiers, the operation destroyed  a bulldozer, in addition to the killing of 6 elements of the Turkish occupation army, and after the operation, the Turkish occupation army bombed the area with mortars and heavy artilleries.
