HPC condemned isolation imposed on Ocalan

Hundreds of HPC gathered in front of the forces' headquarters in Dêrik to denounce the isolation imposed by the Turkish authorities against Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan attended by hundreds of HPC members .

Demonstrators chanted slogans which saluted Ocalan's resistance in Imrali prison, as well as raised HPC flags, pictures of Abdullah Ocalan and banners reading "Freedom for the Leader of the Peoples" and "No Life without the Leader".

The demonstrators stopped in the Martyrs Square in the city, and after holding a minute of silence ,a statement was read in Kurdish and Arabic by Bahar Hassan and Amin Abdullah in which they said:

"The isolation imposed on the leader entered its second year and because of the fascist authorities we did not hear any news about him ,the fascist authorities prevented the meeting with lawyers and human rights organizations.

The statement added ,"We, the peoples of this region, denounce the isolation imposed on the leader in the Imrali prison, and the people of northern Syria have their future in the project of the democratic nation called by the leader .

All free peoples must stand with us against Turkish fascism, and not stand silent in front of this conspiracy against the leader of the Kurdish people Abdullah Ocalan. "

A number of speeches were delivered which emphasized the approach and philosophy of Ocalan and they would offer all the sacrifices they had to liberate the leader from the prison. "

Moreover, the demonstration ended with chanting slogans saluted the resistance of Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.
