5 mercenaries killed in YPG operation in Afrin

The Media center of the People Protection Units YPG said that their fighters carried out an operation against the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in Afrin, killing 5 mercenaries and destroying the vehicle they were inside.

The Media Center of the People Protection Units YPG released statement to the public opinion, in which it indicated that their fighters carried out an operation against a military vehicle carrying a number of mercenaries of al-Sham Corps.

The center noted that the operation was carried out on the road connecting the villages of Ghazawiya and Baya belonging to Sherawa district

The text of the statement is:

"As part of the second phase of" Resistance of theAge" in Afrin, our forces continue to carry out military operations against mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the area

On 30 October last, our forces carried out an operation against a military vehicle carrying a number of mercenaries of al- Sham Corps on the road between the villages of Ghazawi and Baya belonging to Sherawa district , where the vehicle was destroyed and 5 mercenaries were killed inside.
