Strong clashes witnessed in Hejin front
In the evening hours, IS mercenaries launched attacks from several axes on the Syrian Democratic Forces’s positions in Hejin front in Deir ez-Zor, and that resulted in breaking out strong clashes in the area.

Al-Jazeera Tempest campaign continues against IS mercenaries east of Deir ez-Zor. At the 44th day of the campaign in its last stage within the battle to defeat terrorism, the fronts witnessed fierce clashes.
In Hejin axis, IS mercenaries launched an attack in the evening hours with booby-trapped vehicles and heavy weapons from several axes on the sites of SDF fighters, and the attacks were foiled in several axes while the strong clashes continue in the other axes. The sources stated that many IS mercenaries were killed.
Since three days, the campaigns of SDF fighters continue in al-Soseh village after the mercenaries launched attacks from several sides on SDF fighters’ sites. That resulted in breaking out strong clashes between the mercenaries who benefited from the dust storm and SDF fighters.
