Another kind of participation in battle to defeat terrorism!

A few kilometers behind the front lines of the fighting fronts in the last bastion of IS mercenaries, there are fighters working on the other front. They are the fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces working in the industrial center. They carry the mechanical tools instead of the weapons and carry out the task of repairing the cars and mechanisms of the fighters.

AHMAD SAMIR – ODAY AL-AHMAD/ DEIR EZ-ZOR

Inside the central courtyard of Deir ez-Zor military square, fighters from the Syrian Democratic Forces, the Protection and Self-Defense Forces, carry mechanical tools to repair the vehicles of their comrades, which were damaged at the fighting fronts.

Eleven workshops within the central industry are sufficient to repair any malfunctions or damage to vehicles, whether from mines planted on the roads or the nature of the sandy desert area.

During the control of IS mercenaries, they turned the industrial workshop into a factory for the processing of car bombs, and the manufacture of mines and missiles of various kinds, for use in combat against the fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces.

The administrator of Deir ez-Zor industrial workshop Amed Derik said to ANHA agency, "The industrial workshop started to repair the vehicles of all sizes and types including light and heavy which were affected by al-Jazeera Tempest campaign, such as the armored vehicles that are transporting military equipment and ammunition to combatants and others. "

He pointed out that the armored vehicles transporting fighters to the front lines and mine-sweeping are performing their tasks on the front lines of the fighting, so they are the hardest hit. Armored vehicles move from one line to another in order to avoid the explosion of mines planted by the mercenaries in the area.

Amed added "We, as fighters, are not on the lines of contact, but we are working to help al-Jazeera Tempest campaign by repairing the mines that detonate the mines and returning them as soon as possible to work again," he said.

He pointed out that the central industrial workshop of the Syrian Democratic Forces has several workshops, such as mechanics, cars electricity , repair of wheel alignment, armoring vehicles, the modification of the external structure, which was damaged as a result of the mines, in addition to the repair of generators, in the desert areas where most of the electricity is not available, the fighters rely on generators on the fronts.

Amed stressed that all the fighters here are one hand as assistants to provide support of all kinds to fighters in the front, to alleviate suffering and pressure on them.

"Another mobile workshop near the fighting fronts is considered as an emergency, to be closer to minor repairs and to provide first aid to the vehicles," Amed concluded.
