French Delegation: We will work for cultural communication between France, North Syria

A delegation from the French-European Directory visited al-Jazeera region in Rojava and met with officials of the Foreign Relations Authority, he expressed admiration for the prevailing system in Rojava and stressed that he would work to achieve cultural communication between France and Rojava-North Syria

The delegation consisted of Hugo Duafrin and Imily Banzet, accompanied by Dr. Khalid Issa, representative of the French autonomous administration

The delegation was received by the co-chair of Foreign Relations Body, Abdul Karim Omar and members of the Body.

The Delegation spoke about their visit to Rojava and the meetings they held and expressed their admiration for the prevailing system in Rojava, especially the rights that women had obtained and their active participation in all institutions of autonomous administration.

The delegation also stated that it would convey what it had seen in Rojava to France and that it would work to achieve cultural communication between France and Rojava- North Syria.

Abdul Karim Omar spoke about recent developments and highlighted the situation of Afrin, and stressed that the liberation of Afrin from the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries is one of the priorities of political and diplomatic works of autonomous administration.
