The Turkish occupation army kidnapped a number of citizens in the village of Qebar the Yazidi in Afrin canton, and the occupation set fire to trees in the hills of Midanky town.

A local source from Afrin reported that a group of residents of Qibar village, including women, were kidnapped by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries when they wanted to go to the olive grove to pick it up. The source pointed out that they were taken to an unknown destination.

The correspondent of ANHA agency received the name of one of the victims, Hamida Sheikh Hanan.

In a related context, the source noted that the occupation was torched by trees in the hills surrounding the town Midanky in Şêra district of Afrin canton, stressing that dozens of trees were burned, and that the mercenaries of the occupation do not allow the people to extinguish the flames.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation had set fire to various areas of Afrin and most notably Mount Hawar, where large areas were burned in the mountain.
