Autonomous Administration project protects Syria's unity, foils occupation's schemes

The intransigence of the Syrian regime and its permanent resort to the military solution have increased the conflict in Syria and prompted the states to intervene in the Syrian affairs and control the fate of the co-existence peoples, and pulled the assist of the Syrian government and military institutions to be a proxy international war.

The military control operations on the Syrian territories are still ongoing in the light of the recent agreements between the conflict parties, and is also accelerating now with those political projects and interests of the United States, Russia through its agreement with the Turkish state aims to win the Turkish side to describe it in the file of the Syrian crisis and its expulsion from the NATO countries in particular America, also trying to get the main role in resolving the Syrian crisis and preventing the alliance countries from benefiting from it.

Russia is trying to push the Turkish paper on the components of East Euphrates to give up their democratic project to resolve the Syrian crisis because it does not serve their interests, in addition to the expulsion of North Syria from their alliance with the international alliance against terrorism, the Russian state stood silent about the Turkish intervention in Afrin, as Russia waited for the people to surrender in Afrin and throw themselves into the bosom of the regime, but the reality was contrary to the expectations of Russia, through the historical resistance that the people against the Turkish occupation.

Here we can make it clear that the objective and the other side of the agreement between Russia and Turkey is only to protect Russian bases in Syria and its interests in the region, not as it claims to be the sole purpose of Syrian territorial integrity. It is clear here that Russia and some countries supporting Turkey do not see Afrin, al-Bab and Jarablus as Syrian cities, but Idlib is considered the last areas of Syria.

Turkey is also benefiting from this agreement, as it tries to restore the confidence of mercenaries and that the Turkish state is the only one to protect them, and to present itself as the savior of Idlib city from a possible war, not to mention its interests in directing these mercenary groups towards the northern regions of Syria under the pretext of protecting their national security, but its goal became known to all is the occupation of Syrian territory and the re-establishment of the Ottomans, and here we must not forget the Turkish support for the mercenaries, which tried repeatedly to hit the unity of the Syrian people in those areas under  many names including "Jabhit al-Nusra, Daesh", and because it had failed to reach its goals through mercenaries, it have exploited the conflicts of interests of Russian-US in the region to achieve its objectives.

The completion of the Idlib region, whether through disarmament or through military operations or any other reconciliation, will not end the Syrian crisis, but on the contrary, the crisis will continue and escalate as long as there is external interference in Syria and the presence of Syrian territories occupied by the Turkish occupation, as Afrin, al-Bab and Jarablus  which is a form of division of Syria, the survival of these areas occupied by Turkey, which proved to support terrorism, poses a danger to the safety areas and all Syrian regions, because Turkey brings together the most dangerous factions of terrorism, including the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham "Jabhit al-Nasra formerly" in the occupied territories.

These agreements are far from the will of the Syrian people and their hope to live in freedom, dignity and democracy, and this people has never been the representative in those agreements so it is clear to us again today how far the Syrian revolution has gone, the bulk of Syria today is a playground and argument arena to Turkey and Russia.

With the approaching of Daesh and mercenary gangs’ elimination in the geography of the east of the Euphrates and the siege of the so-called opposition factions in Idlib and the mercenary groups in Afrin, Bab, Jarablus and Azaz, it is clear that the project of democratic autonomous administration formed by all components of North Syria and adopted by the political and military forces in the region is the optimizing project to solve the Syrian crisis and preserving the unity of the Syrian territories, so the democratic powers in Syria as well as the Syrian regime, must adopt this project and take practical steps on the ground in order to reduce the division of Syria and fight mercenary groups backed by Turkey, and blocked the way to its spread.

The current circumstances in Syria necessitate all parties to move towards dialogue, which is called for by the people of North Syria through their own autonomous administrations, but they do not listen because they do not serve their agendas. Through dialogue, Syrian national forces will reach a radical solution to the Syrian crisis through a constitution that preserves the rights of all peoples living in Syria. In order to achieve this, the Syrian regime must abandon its usual ideology and mentality: "One nation, one science, one language."

As a result, it is only by unity, the Syrian people and the democratic forces can stand up against the colonial and occupational projects that await Syria. The unity of the national political and military forces in Syria in accordance with a constitution that safeguards the rights of all components and will foil the agreements to divide Syria and divide its society, and will be the starting point for the expulsion of the occupiers, led by Turkey from Syrian territory.
