People of al-Darbasiya: We will not tire until liberating Afrin

The residents of al-Darbasiya district of al-Hasakah canton gathered in front of the youth center carrying flags of the People's and Women's Protection Units, pictures of martyrs.

The participants in the demonstration also raised banners saying "We have no choice but to resist ... long live resistance of Afrin", "We condemn the international silence and demand immediate interference to end the Turkish occupation of Afrin," liberation of Afrin is liberation of all Syria from terrorism and the Turkish occupation, and the Turkish attack on Afrin is part of the international conspiracy on the leader and his democratic ideology. "

The march started in front of the youth center, passing through the main streets in the district, and reached to the Martyrs Square, where the participants chanted slogans such as "No to the Turkish occupation, and we are all Afrin."

On the arrival of the march to the Martyrs Square, they stood a minute of silence after the administrator of the council of al-Hasakah canton Dawoud Haj Ali said, "We will not tire until the liberation of Afrin from the Turkish occupation state, and will not give up our demands until the liberation of Afrin and the return of its people."

He wondered: "What is the reason of the states’ silence about the massacres that took place in Afrin and are now talking about Idlib, although there have been no massacres so far?"

The march ended with slogans saluting  Afrin's resistance.
