Turkish army targeted villages east of Kobanî

The Turkish occupation army targeted the villages east of Kobanî city on Tuesday evening with light arms, inflicting material damage to the properties of the people.

The Turkish army stationed at its military points near the border with Kobanî canton fired live bullets at the civilians’ houses in the villages of Gharib and Karbenav that are located 15 kilometers east of Kobanî city.

Firing the bullets’ that has lasted for half an hour resulted in no casualties, and reports stated that the target inflicted damage to civilians’ homes.

The attacks came after a similar day witnessed by those villages as the Turkish army fired on the villages of Ein Batt, Qara Mugh, Gharib, Kosek, Karbenav and Ali Shar.

It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of this year, the Turkish army targeted dozens of villages; Ashmeh and Ali Shar and in particular Zur Meghar village with more than 70 shells at the beginning of February this year.
