School turned by mercenaries into injustice court, most of its prisoners women

More than two years after the liberation of Manbij city from IS mercenaries and the resumption of normal life of the people after the expulsion of the blackness, the Democratic Civil Administration rehabilitate schools to teach students and coordinate with teachers to begin the process of study.

After the liberation of Manbij city several months the Democratic Civil Administration opened the secondary of Mohammed Zidan Hanidil for boys, which was adopted as a court in which the rule of "punishment" to the people. Including prisoners in the basement where women were found and sentenced to "stoning" or imprisonment.

The school received about 300 students in the first academic year after the liberation of the city, in the second academic year, the school received approximately 360 students, in this year, Zaidan Hanidil received between 800 and 1000 students on the first day of the academic year 2018/2019 .

Hawar news agency correspondents met the administrator of Mohammed Zaidan Hanidil school Ibrahim al-Hamd's and toured the secondary school and in the places which were as prison for the imprisonment of most of the prisoners who were women.

He said,"The secondary school was opened in 2012, when a new school was fully equipped. When the events started (the Syrian crisis), we started to work for one year after the coming of the terrorists whom had taken the schools, they turned it into a black court, and a detention center for the people, mostly women, rather than being a beacon of knowledge for that when ISIS get out of it they destroyed it. "

Al-Hamad pointed out that after the departure of Daesh, teachers in Manbij city, in coordination with the Education Committee, received the school and opened it to spread the education in it and turn it from black to light and science.

This is the third academic year in which the sons of Manbij have been gone in it since the liberation of Manbij from Daesh.

It should be noted that the secondary school is being reformed by the Education Committee to restore the entire destruction.
