SDF: 41 mercenaries killed, advance in several axes in Terrorism Defeat Battle

The statement, published by the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces on its official website, said:

"On the axis of al-Bagouz Foqani village in the east, our forces achieved a 3 km advance on the first day of 10 September 2018, they had clashed directly with mercenaries, causing losses in their ranks, also they had liberated 10 points from IS mercenaries. Our forces on the second day also achieved another progress. By1 km and liberate 7 points from mercenary fortifications.

Battles of this axis, witnessed the air support of alliance aircraft for three times, where the aircraft targeted the movements of mercenaries.

In al-Bagouz axis and its clashes, 4 of our fighters were injured, they were taken to the hospital for treatment, while an armored bulldozer of our forces was hit by a landmine causing physical damage.

Al-Kasra Front: Our forces began to advance from this axis, on the first and second days, they advanced 6 km and liberated 10 points from IS mercenaries, this axis witnessed violent clashes face-to-face, alliance aircraft participated effectively, carrying out 7 raids targeting the mercenary movements.

The field command confirmed the deaths of 41 mercenaries in these battles and the destruction of several vehicles, including four-wheel-drive vehicles with medium machine guns, as well as the destruction of artillery posts and bulldozers, while six of our fighters were martyred.

The front is still ongoing with the most violent clashes, where the mercenaries in the battles repel to face the progress of our forces. "
