Israel bombard Iranian military positions near Hama of Syria

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that explosions were heard in the area between Musyaf and Wadi al-Ayoun near Hama city, while SANA agency of the Syrian regime reported that the air defenses of the regime repelled several missiles fired by the Israeli aircrafts on Wadi al-Ayoun area in the countryside of Hama.

SANA said that the air defense systems repelled to an Israeli attack launched by the planes that infiltrated at low altitude from the west of Beirut and headed towards the north, targeting some military positions in Tartous and Hama governorates. The rockets were dealt with, some of them were shot down and the attacking planes were forced to flee.

The Syrian regime said that the air defense managed to land five missiles fired by the Israeli forces in the countryside of Hama.

It is worth mentioning that last Saturday, Israeli missiles stroke Mezza military airport in Damascus.

The Syrian Observatory said that the explosions that took place on Saturday were caused by Israeli air strikes and resulted in leaving killed and injured.

According to media outlets loyal to the regime, the explosions were done as a result of Israeli raids that targeted ammunition stores at the airport of Mezza and an Iranian military site in the countryside of Damascus.
